Solving Two Common Pump Problems
Our factory has been producing plastic bottles for over 20 years. We've identified two common concerns with pump bottles: one is that the pump may not work properly, and the other is leakage. This PET clear plastic bottle addresses both issues. We selected a food-grade PP pump head with a protective spring layer to prevent corrosion. One press dispenses 0.5 to 1ml of liquid, which is perfect for a single hand wash.
Lockable Pump and Clear Bottle
The pump features a lock mechanism-just turn it to lock, preventing accidental presses when stored in a suitcase. The dip tube reaches the bottom of the bottle, so your customers can use nearly every drop with no waste. The bottle itself is made from high-transparency PET, allowing customers to see exactly what's inside. The 200ml bottle is 124.2mm tall, and the 300ml bottle is 141.8mm tall. The round shape ensures the bottle stands stable on a sink. Every batch undergoes both human and electronic inspection to ensure quality. No defective products leave our facility.
Third-Party Inspection Accepted
Our factory has a monthly production capacity of 5 million bottles, so we keep this PET clear plastic bottle well-stocked. We accept third-party inspections, and you are welcome to send someone to check the goods. Our team cooperates fully in this process. Additionally, if any issues arise within three months of receiving the goods (not due to improper storage), we will take full responsibility. For custom orders, we require a 70% deposit and the remaining 30% balance. Our factory is located in Yuhuan, and we welcome your visit. Our 30-person team is ready to assist you.
